Buck Rub Blue
Buck Rub Blue is a serum that is made up primarily of forehead gland mixed in with pre-orbital gland and a secret attractant. The blue is is a visual enhancer to a deer as they see the colors blue and yellow.
Create a mock rub next to your mock scrape and place just a little bit of Buck Rub Blue on the mock rub. This enhances the mock scrape location letting another Buck know that his area has now been intruded on.
Since bucks start making rubs in August to remove velvet. The rub is a tell tale sign to another buck that he has company (without scaring him off). The advantage to this is that you can make and apply this strategy into the early season. Unlike buck tarsal gland or rutting buck scents which are un-natural in the early season, hence scaring deer.
Combine Buck Rub Blue with Secret Sauce licking branch serum and the Last Light Ground Serum and you now have the perfect mock scrape set up.
